Torreblanca, a modern town of almost 5,000 inhabitants, is situated 36 kilometres to the north of Castellón. It enjoys a very pleasant climate, even in winter, as the coastal mountain range that runs through it stops the penetration of cold winds.

Torrenostra, accessible via a straight road, is an old fishing village with an excellent beach. It is currently being expanded and developed as a tourist and summer holiday resort.

It has a beach with fine sand, clean and clear waters and offers all the necessary services and facilities.
In addition, you can enjoy an extensive coastal promenade as well as a spacious landscape garden area and unlimited parking facilities.

Climate:

It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with a pleasant average annual temperature of 17° C. In addition, the Sierra de Irta acts as a screen to prevent the penetration of cold air, giving it shelter from northerly and easterly winds.

Sports:

Nautical sports: Torreblanca is situated between two well-known Marinas:

    Alcossebre: 8 kilometres to the north.
   Oropesa del Mar: 20 kilometres to the south.


You will find a wide range of facilities in both: sailing school, diving club, boat hire, etc. In addition, you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the Marinas.

Golf: Torrenostra has three of the best golf courses on the Mediterranean within a radius of 45 kilometres. The Torreblanca Golf Club is also currently being planned.

Other sports:

   Trekking in the neighbouring Sierra de Irta National Park.
   Riding club in Oropesa.
   Permanent go-karting track.
   Skin diving, windsurfing and fishing.
   Sports complex, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc.

Natural spaces:

El Prat de Cabanes – Torreblanca, declared a National Park in 1994, it is located on a coastal plain that runs between the town boundaries of Torreblanca and Cabanes.
It is an old lagoon separated from the sea by a narrow seashore and is home to an important aquatic bird reserve.

Sierra de Irta National Park: The Sierra de Irta is recognised as being one of the most beautiful spots in the region of Valencia, with its hilltops populated by a typical Mediterranean forest which descends towards the sea, to a practically unaltered coastline that stretches for 12 kilometres.
